10 reasons producers hand their website to KeptWeb

Between shoots and post, the website is usually the last thing updated. That's where we come in.

  1. Your reel is always your latest

Swap in a new reel or project video and we update it, so you're never sending people to work from three years ago.

  2. Credits kept current

New project wrapped, premiered or released? We add it to your credits and project pages.

  3. IMDb and profile links that work

We keep links to IMDb, festival pages, streaming listings and your company's profiles checked and accurate.

  4. Project pages with fresh stills

New photos, posters and loglines added as projects move from production to release.

  5. Looks sharp to financiers and collaborators

A polished, current site supports how you pitch yourself. We keep it that way.

  6. Fast on phones

People check your site between meetings. We keep it mobile-friendly and watch for slow pages.

  7. Contact and representation details correct

Changed reps or company info? We update it.

  8. Security and backups

Updates, security checks and backups on every plan, so your site stays up and recoverable.

  9. Flat monthly pricing

Plans from $49/mo, month-to-month, cancel anytime online or by email. No chasing a freelancer between gigs.

  10. You own your site

Your website and content belong to you.

Questions producers ask us

Can you host my reel?

We embed your reel from the video platform you use (such as Vimeo or YouTube) and keep the embed updated.

Do you update IMDb itself?

No. IMDb pages are managed through IMDb. We keep your website's links to it, and to other profiles, current.

Can you build a producer or production company site?

Yes. Starter (1–5 pages) is $349 or $0 with any 12-month plan; Business (6–10 pages) is $849 or $0 with a 12-month Growth or Pro plan.

Is there a contract?

Not for monthly plans on their own. Maintenance plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime online or by email. $0 and discounted builds need a 12-month plan; if you cancel early, you pay only the unpaid part of the build fee (see how it's calculated).

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your website and content belong to you, not us.

Who owns the hosting and logins?

You do. Your domain, hosting and site logins stay in your name, and you can remove our access at any time.

How fast do you respond?

Support hours are Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm PT. Our reply targets: Basic: within 2 business days. Growth: within 1 business day. Pro: the same business day for requests received by 2 pm PT; later requests get a reply the next business day.
