10 reasons bookkeepers hand their website to KeptWeb

Most bookkeeping clients come from referrals, and the first thing a referral does is look at your website. Here's how we make that first look count.

  1. Referrals check your site first

When a client or accountant refers you, the business owner looks you up. A current, professional site helps turn that referral into a booked call.

  2. Pricing packages that match what you charge

Changed your monthly packages or added catch-up and cleanup work? Send us the details and we update your pricing or services page.

  3. Booking calls made easy

We add and maintain links to the scheduling tool you already use, so prospects can book a discovery call without email back-and-forth.

  4. Credentials and badges kept current

Earned a QuickBooks ProAdvisor or Xero certification? We add the badges and wording you provide and keep them up to date, so your site reflects your current credentials.

  5. Client portal and secure upload links that work

We link to your client portal, document upload and payment tools and check those links work. We don't host those tools; your providers do.

  6. Built around small-business clients

Pages that speak to the businesses you serve, whether that's restaurants, contractors or e-commerce, updated as your niche evolves.

  7. Month-end crunch? Not your website problem

During monthly close you shouldn't be fixing web pages. Send us changes anytime and we handle them as part of your plan.

  8. Security, backups and monitoring

Software updates, security checks, backups and monitoring on every plan, so your site stays up and recoverable.

  9. Fresh content builds trust

Growth and Pro plans include monthly blog posts, useful for tips your clients and referral partners can share.

  10. Flat pricing, month-to-month, you own it

Plans from $49/mo, month-to-month, cancel anytime online or by email. Your website and content belong to you.

Questions bookkeepers ask us

Can you add our QuickBooks or Xero badges?

Yes. We add the badges and certification wording you've earned and provide. Keeping your certification active is up to you; we update the site when it changes.

Can you connect our booking or client portal tools?

Yes. We add and maintain links or embeds for the scheduling, portal, upload and payment tools you already use. We don't host or run those tools.

Can you build a bookkeeping website?

Yes. Starter (1–5 pages) is $349 or $0 with any 12-month plan; Business (6–10 pages) is $849 or $0 with a 12-month Growth or Pro plan.

Is there a contract?

Not for monthly plans on their own. Maintenance plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime online or by email. $0 and discounted builds need a 12-month plan; if you cancel early, you pay only the unpaid part of the build fee (see how it's calculated).

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your website and content belong to you, not us.

Who owns the hosting and logins?

You do. Your domain, hosting and site logins stay in your name, and you can remove our access at any time.

How fast do you respond?

Support hours are Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm PT. Our reply targets: Basic: within 2 business days. Growth: within 1 business day. Pro: the same business day for requests received by 2 pm PT; later requests get a reply the next business day.
