Cancel your plan

Use this form to cancel a KeptWeb maintenance plan. You can also email hello@keptweb.com with the subject "Cancel". No phone call is required.

• Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you will not be charged again after that.
• If you took a free or discounted website build with a 12-month plan and cancel before 12 months, the remaining build fee is due, reduced by 1/12 for each month you've paid (see Terms).
• You keep your website, content, domain and accounts.
