What isn't a small edit? Adding a new page, for example, is not a small edit. New pages are $99 each.
Not on a plan yet? Fix it now is a one-time urgent fix for $149. If you sign up for a plan within 30 days, up to $149 is credited toward your first plan payments (no cash value). Hacked-site cleanup starts with a free assessment, then a one-time quote starting at $299. Both are separate from the monthly plans.

Automatic renewal: plans are billed monthly ($49, $99 or $149 per month plus any tax) and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime online or by emailing hello@keptweb.com; it takes effect at the end of the paid month. $0 and discounted builds need a 12-month plan; if you cancel early, you pay only the unpaid part of the build fee (see how it's calculated). Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime online or by emailing hello@keptweb.com; it takes effect at the end of the paid month. Support hours are Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm PT, and reply times are targets. A small edit is a change that takes about 30 minutes or less, such as updating text, swapping an image, or changing hours or prices. Pro includes up to 10 small edits per month; extra edits are quoted separately, as described in our Terms of Service. $0 and discounted builds need a 12-month plan; if you cancel early, you pay only the unpaid part of the build fee (see how it's calculated). Plan changes: upgrades take effect right away (prorated); downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle; plans can't be paused. During a 12-month build commitment, which starts at your first payment, you can downgrade only to a plan that still qualifies for your build; otherwise the early-cancel formula applies. Each plan covers one website; a second website gets its own plan at 20% off. Basic SEO on Pro covers page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, sitemap and Search Console setup, plus a quarterly check (no ranking guarantees). Blog posts on Growth and Pro are written by us and published only after you approve them; unused posts don't roll over.
Cancelling a $0 or discounted build early: Your build fee goes down by 1/12 for every month you stay. Cancel early and you only pay what's left. Stay 12 months and you owe nothing.

| Build | After 3 months paid | After 6 months paid | After 9 months paid | After 12 months paid |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter ($349) | $262 | $175 | $87 | $0 |
| Business ($849) | $637 | $425 | $212 | $0 |
| Store* | $1,013 | $675 | $338 | $0 |
*Store: remaining $1,350 after the $499 paid upfront.
Formula: remaining build amount × (12 − months paid) ÷ 12, rounded to the nearest dollar (remaining build amount = the part of the regular build price not paid upfront: Starter $349, Business $849, Store $1,350 after the $499 paid upfront; e.g. Business build, cancel after 4 months: $849 × 8/12 = $566).
Modern, mobile-friendly sites from $349, or $0 with a 12-month maintenance plan (the Business build needs Growth or Pro). You own your site.
