Accessibility Statement

KeptWeb wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use keptweb.com and learn about our services.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We review pages with an automated checker (axe-core) when we make changes, and we fix problems you report to us.

What we have done

• A "Skip to main content" link and clear page landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer)
• Visible keyboard focus and a keyboard-operable mobile menu
• Text and buttons that meet WCAG AA color contrast
• Labeled form fields with required fields marked
• Captions and a text transcript for our video, which never plays automatically
• Respect for your device's "reduce motion" setting

Known limitations

• Our contact form is processed by a third-party service (FormSubmit). Its confirmation and error pages are outside our control and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Payments are handled on Stripe's checkout pages, which are operated by Stripe.
• Video captions are timed by us and may be off by a fraction of a second.

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. We fix issues in the site itself.
