What we update
Text, images, hours, prices, team members, bios, service descriptions, menus, events, broken links, banners and promotions. A small edit is anything that takes about 30 minutes or less.
How many edits each plan includes
Basic includes 1 small edit per month, Growth up to 4, and Pro up to 10, handled one request at a time. New pages are $99 each.
Fresh content, not just fixes
Growth includes 1 blog post per month and Pro includes 2, so your site keeps growing. We also suggest improvements in your monthly report, like outdated pages to refresh.
Any platform
We make edits on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Shopify sites. You keep ownership of the site and accounts.

- Basic, $49/mo: uptime monitoring every 5 minutes, regular backups and monthly tested updates on WordPress (Squarespace, Wix and Shopify use their own platform backups), a monthly security scan, 1 small edit per month, and a reply target of 2 business days.
- Growth, $99/mo: everything in Basic, plus weekly tested updates, up to 4 small edits per month, Google Business Profile updates, 1 blog post per month, and a reply target of 1 business day.
- Pro, $149/mo: everything in Growth, plus up to 10 small edits per month, 2 blog posts per month, basic SEO, and a same-business-day reply target for requests received by 2 pm PT, Mon–Fri.
A small edit is a change that takes about 30 minutes or less, such as updating text, swapping an image, or changing hours or prices. New website builds: Starter $349, or $0 with any 12-month plan; Business $849, or $0 with a 12-month Growth or Pro plan; Store $1,849, or $499 with a 12-month Pro plan. $0 and discounted builds need a 12-month plan; if you cancel early, you pay only the unpaid part of the build fee (see how it's calculated).

How do I request an edit?
Email us with what you want changed. Your dedicated KeptWeb team contact handles it within your plan's reply target.
Do unused edits roll over?
No. Edits are included each month and don't carry over.
What if my change is bigger than a small edit?
We'll tell you before starting. New pages are $99 each, and larger projects are quoted in advance.
How fast are edits made?
We aim to reply within your plan's reply target, and most small edits are done shortly after.
Is there a contract?
Not for monthly plans on their own. Maintenance plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime online or by email. $0 and discounted builds need a 12-month plan; if you cancel early, you pay only the unpaid part of the build fee (see how it's calculated).
Who owns my website, hosting and logins?
You do. Your site, files, domain and hosting accounts stay in your name.
