Website care for Los Angeles small businesses

Small business websites go quiet. Hours change, a plugin update breaks a form, and the photos still show last year's office. KeptWeb is the ongoing care for that: monitoring, tested updates, backups, security scans, small edits and a plain-English report each month.

The business is based in Beverly Hills and serves Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Culver City and Burbank. Clients elsewhere can work with us remotely. Requests are handled by email during weekday support hours. There is no in-house hire to make and no long agency contract for ordinary care.

KeptWeb also designs new sites. A build starts at $349, and you own the finished site. Hosting and the domain stay in your name.

• Basic, $49/mo. Uptime monitoring, backups, monthly tested updates, a security scan, 1 small edit a month, and a reply target within 2 business days.
• Growth, $99/mo. Everything in Basic, plus weekly tested updates, up to 4 small edits, Google Business Profile updates, 1 blog post a month, and a reply target within 1 business day.
• Pro, $149/mo. Everything in Growth, plus up to 10 small edits a month, 2 blog posts, basic SEO, and a same-day reply target for requests received by 2 pm PT, Monday to Friday.

A small edit is a change of about 30 minutes or less, such as text, a photo, hours or prices. New pages are $99 each. You own the site, the files and the accounts if you leave.
